Guardianship Law

Penny Robe represents private professional guardians in guardianship cases.  She also represents applicants for guardianship, and is often court appointed to serve as the attorney ad litem for a proposed wards in guardianship matters. Guardianship cases fall under the Texas Estates Code, Chapters 1101 through 1357. Guardianship protects incapacitated persons.
