This is the same place we’ve been since the start of 2012.
This free legal clinic will be an ADVICE ONLY CLINIC. No documents will be created. Volunteer attorneys will provide free legal advice in the following areas of law:
Divorce or Custody * Child Support * Bankruptcy * Consumer Issues * Wills and Estate Planning Landlord/Tenant Problems * Probate and Guardianship * Foreclosure * Social Security/SSI
Our clinic is open and available to active duty military, reservists, guard members, veterans and their spouses – we are serving all who’ve served without regard to financial need. Everyone is screened for financial need, but none are turned away. If people qualify for pro bono help based on financial need, then Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas will follow up with them.
We hold this free legal advice clinic every other month, so if you can’t make it in September, the next date will be November 14, 2019.
